NEXUS SETS is an electronic music project founded in 2015 by Fabio Armani, conceived as a cross-genre and collaborative platform for contemporary electronic music.
Rather than adhering to a single stylistic domain, NEXUS SETS operates across a wide spectrum of electronic languages, embracing hybrid forms that range from experimental and ambient approaches to electroacoustic, cinematic, and rhythm-oriented structures. The project is defined by openness, modularity, and a constant exploration of sonic intersections.
A central element of NEXUS SETS is its open collaboration model. The project is designed as a flexible framework that enables collaborations with electronic musicians as well as artists from other musical backgrounds, fostering cross-pollination between disciplines, aesthetics, and production practices. Each release represents a curated convergence of individual contributions within a coherent conceptual context.
To date, two albums have been released under the NEXUS SETS name:
2021 – debut album
2023 – second full-length release
NEXUS SETS positions electronic music not as a closed genre, but as an evolving medium for research, collaboration, and contemporary expression.
